Toast Weddings Columbus is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Columbus Metropolitan Area & statewide
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

great! She sent helpful reminders and was great at answering questions. We also had some edits that they were able to make and were flexible with additional edits (although we did pay a little extra for things outside our contract). Their pricing is great for the hours and editing services.

ience specialist Gail Cooper made the entire process from start to finish such a breeze! Gail was always quick to respond and was knowledgable about everything we needed from the time we first inquired with Toast Films until we received our final products from them. Our videographer Josh was amazing and very pleasant to work with the day of our wedding, we still can’t believe how well a job he did capturing our big day! In terms of what to capture at a wedding, he truly thought of everything and we are beyond happy with his work. As for our final product, the design team did such a phenomenal job creating the most special highlight film for us. They are true professionals, our film was like a short movie production - we cried when we watched it! I highly recommend using Toast Films!

nal product of our wedding videos and felt like movie stars. The option to get documentary edits of all the important moments is something I know we will be SO thankful to have in the future. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful, their customer service is great. I feel like it was the vendor I stressed, or even had the think about, the least! We were even able to ask for edits on the film, which wasn't something I necessarily expected to have the ability to do. I highly reccoment Toast for your big day!

re we got exactly what we wanted out of our wedding video and the staff was phenomenal. They were friendly and considerate on our big day, being both helpful and discrete at the same time. When we finally saw the highlight footage it was just gorgeous, with beautiful shots of our wedding set to music and to audio from our vows. We even missed emails about our completed video and responded after the 90 day review period for some additions and they still worked with us to get it done, which was a major relief for us and speaks to their commitment to their clients. The raw footage from our wedding came on a beautiful USB drive that was metal and etched glass, and the footage itself was just wonderful to have. We highly recommend getting both the highlight footage and the raw footage from your wedding day from Toast, we had an amazing experience working with them! Thank you so much to the whole team for sharing our wedding day with us!

extremely affordable but their work exceeded my expectations. I appreciate all their hard work put into making my film so special. It is also nice to get the raw footage because being the bride there’s little parts you miss while waiting to walk down the isle, such as my grandmothers being escorted. Nice footage to have. Julianna organizing everything was a breeze to work with, and Chrystal the videographer was so talented and such a calming presence - which was nice to have on site on such a big day!! 10/10 would highly recommend!
